The Oregon 283RNDD025 PowerCutâ„¢ is a high-performance solid-body guide bar built for the professional woodcutter. Manufactured from specialized chrome-moly steel, this 28-inch bar provides the rigid strength and precision required for straight, efficient cuts in heavy timber. Its replaceable sprocket nose design allows you to maintain peak performance without the cost of replacing the entire bar body when the tip eventually wears.

The PowerCutâ„¢ series is the industry standard for professional felling and bucking. Featuring induction-hardened rails and a nose secured by a single heavy-duty rivet with wide overlapping ears, this bar is designed to handle the high-torque demands of large-displacement Stihl saws while resisting wear and chipping.

This guide bar is designed for the D025 Stihl large mount and 3/8″ pitch. Note: Many saws in the MS 290, 310, and 362 range may come equipped with a .325″ pitch system from the factory. This bar is ONLY compatible with 3/8″ pitch sprockets and 91 drive link chains.
