What is Titanikel Plating?

• Verify bore size: Measure your old cylinder — this kit is 52 mm only.

• Torque properly: Cylinder base nuts: 10–11 Nm in a criss-cross pattern.
• Break-in period: Run first tank at 50:1 with light load, vary RPM, avoid full throttle for extended periods.
• Decomp valve: Transfer your existing valve or install new one with light grease on threads.
